Learn from a former Major League pitcher. Tom Davey and Colin Danek, pitching coach at Defiance College, each lead a group on mechanics, arm care, and building velocity the right way.

Groups are capped at 10 pitchers, so every athlete gets real time with a coach and leaves with something to build on this winter.
