Opening August 2026. We're building out the facility now: turf, cages, and mounds are going in. Reach out any time before then; we're already answering questions and booking tours.

Leadership

Baseball and softball are the vehicle character is the destination.

At G2G, the lessons learned in the cage and on the field translate directly to the kind of human a young athlete becomes. Every rep, every drill, every conversation is a chance to grow both.

“The kids who go the furthest are the ones who outwork everybody and love doing it. We coach that, and we coach the kid behind it.”

— Bryan Danek Co-Founder

Built by a Coach, Not a Franchise

Led by a varsity head baseball coach

G2G was co-founded by the director of baseball operations, Coach Hank Dreffs, a varsity head baseball coach who has spent his career developing athletes on the field and young people off it.

He's led a high school program to a conference championship and played college ball at Central Michigan. The players he coaches go on to play at the next level.

His standard for every G2G athlete is the one he coaches by: attitude and effort succeed in baseball, and in life.

Two Ways to Train

Programs built for real development

Program 01

Hitting & Fielding

baseball & Softball

8 weeks · 2×/week · small group (4:1)

Each week is anchored on a single theme of growing toward excellence, and that theme is understood by everyone in the building. It runs through everything: the warm-up and prep, the focused skills work, the speed-and-strength block, and the weekday session.

The Path is the same whether your athlete trains baseball or softball, hitting/fielding or pitching

Program 02

Pitching Development

8 weeks · 1×/week · 100% 1-on-1

Receive 100% one-on-one training with Coach Danek, a current college pitcher. There are no groups or shared repetitions. Each week, your pitcher will have a complete two-hour development block focused on a character development theme that runs through every session.

G2G develops players ages 12 to college athlete who already play the game. Brand-new to baseball? Reach out — we'll point you to the right first step.
