FAQs

Everything a parent or athlete tends to ask before they train with us: Ages and skill levels, how a cycle works, pricing, and policies.

WHO IS G2G FOR?

01

  • G2G trains athletes aged 12 to the college level. Because cohorts are skill-grouped, your athlete trains alongside peers chasing the same goal, never lost in the crowd.

Softball training is coming in the near future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

  • G2G is built for athletes who already play the game - our Foundational group is for players who've had a season or two of rec or Little League and can make contact and throw, but haven't trained with real structure yet.

If your athlete is truly starting from zero, we don't want to set them up to feel behind on day one. Reach out and we'll point you to the right first step to get them ready — then we'd love to have them when they are. Either way, the door stays open.scription text goes here

  • Yes. Skill-grouping puts advanced athletes with comparable peers, and we coach to the next Gap in their game — not the room's average. With a 4:1 squad and a current varsity head coach of Coach Dreffs, the work is tailored to where your athlete actually is.

We won't promise mastery; we'll hold a real standard and give them a clear path to meet it.

  • Not yet — but we're excited to bring it to the community soon. G2G is launching with baseball, and softball training is on the way in the near future.

Sign up for our newsletter and you'll be the first to hear when softball cohorts open.

  • Not right now. G2G exists to make athletes reach their goals on and off the mound — and that focus on building the players who go on to earn those spots.

HOW TRAINING WORKS?

02

  • Three words you'll hear us use:

    • Cohort — a skill-grouped pool of 20 athletes. We run two cohorts per 8-week cycle.

    • Squad — your athlete's training group of 4. That 4:1 ratio is how a coach learns each kid's game and character by name. Every cohort splits into five squads.

    • Session — one of the eight weekly meetings.

  • Keep it simple — bring a glove, bat, cleats or turf shoes, and water. We provide the rest: cages, balls, tees, and training aids. Just show up ready to work.

  • G2G is a drop-off program. Athletes lock in faster without a sideline audience, so sessions are built around focused reps. You're welcome to use the parent waiting area, and we'll always keep you in the loop on how your athlete is growing — the wins on the field and the character behind them.

  • You don't have to guess your athlete's level — we handle placement, grouping by age and skill, so every squad is a real fit.

PRICING, ENROLLMENT & LESSONS

  • Yes. A second athlete from the same household will receive a discount. Contact us for more information

  • We ask for payment upfront, and because our cohorts are small and seats are limited, we're not able to offer refunds. We'd always rather know G2G is the right fit before you commit so reach out with any questions before you enroll, and you'll get a straight answer from us.
